TY Update...
Four students from TY are invited to attend the launch of the Irish Young Philosopher of the Year Award at Áras an Uachtaráin on Thursday 16 November at 2pm.
Expression of interest is invited from students' willing to write a short piece (250 - 400 words) about the topic -
' If Philosophy were an optional module in TY, what reasons would you give your classmates to convince them that Philosophy is worth attending'
The Áras staff are keen to get the names on the Guest List as soon as possible. All submissions can be given to Mr. Lassala on Tuesday afternoon at Philosophy class. More details to follow.
