We formally welcomed the newest additions to the Calasanctius College family with our annual 1st Year Mass last Thursday night. This is a very important night in the school calendar as we officially open the new school year and welcome in our new parents/guardians and students. Fr. Martin led a beautiful ceremony and was very ably assisted on the night by the many students who participated in the liturgy. We were delighted to be joined by so many at the school afterwards in joining us for a cuppa and a chat; it was lovely to meet you all. We are heartened to hear of the many positive experiences your son/daughter have reported back to you over the past few weeks.
Many thanks to Ms Broderick and the RE team for organising such a lovely liturgy; Ms Harkin & Mr Loftus for uncovering such fabulous musical talent and our SNA team for helping out with refreshments on the night. Finally, many thanks to all the students who participated on the night and helped make it such a memorable occasion.
