Gaeilge 24

On 12th November most of our first year students will take part in Gaeilge 24 at Calasanctius. This involves participants speaking Irish for 24 hours. A team of fifth year students will plan and organise a variety of fun activities for first years on the day. (Biongó, Tráth na gceist, Cluichí, Spórt) Beidh an chéad bhliain ag glacadh páirte i nGaeilge 24 ar an 12 Samhain. Beidh grúpa ó bhlain 5 ag eagrú agus ag stiúrthú imeachtaí le linn an lae.

Leah Connaughton was awarded the UL 40 Scholarship early December 2019, where she is studying undenominated engineering in UL. Leah was also awarded the 2019 Naughton Foundation Scholarship earlier this academic year.

A group of 5th year and TY French students attended the Galway Junior Film Fleadh @ Palás Cinema to view " 100 kilos d' étoiles ". The themes of this emotional film were self image, dreams and resilience.
