School Book Scheme for Necessitous Students
We are delighted to announce the continuance of the School Book Grant Scheme for the academic year 2023/24. To apply please click on the link below. The deadline for application to the school book scheme for 2023/24 is 5pm Friday 2nd June. Please ensure you have all required documentation to hand to complete your submission. Only enter a live and monitored email address and continue to monitor your emails for further correspondence once the deadline date has passed. Please be aware that entitlement to a Medical Card does not necessarily indicate or guarantee eligibility.

To help us provide the best possible support for your child while they are in our care, the school requests that if necessary you complete and submit the Medical Information Form below before the beginning of the school year. All information submitted is held in strictest confidence and used only to assist in providing appropriately to a child's needs should an incident arise. Please note that should any changes occur during the school year, it is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to contact the school as soon as possible so relevant records can be updated.

Calasanctius College communicates with parents/guardians via email and notifications/newsfeed on the school Compass App. If you have not yet downloaded the app and activated your account it is imperative you do so immediately or you run the risk of missing out on important communications from the school. It is essential that we have the most updated details on file for each parent/guardian. To check or update your details please go to the cog icon in the top right corner of the Compass screen and do so from there. This information will only be used for school communication purposes and will not be shared with anyone else. Please note that should any changes to your contact details occur during the school year, it is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to contact the school as soon as possible so relevant records can be updated.
In Loco Parentis Nominee
It is recognised that it may not always be feasible for parents/guardians to present themselves at school Reception to sign their child in/out. An alternative option may be to nominate other adults who may act in-loco-parentis for their child in their absence. If you wish to avail of this arrangement, please complete and submit the Nomination Form below which allows you to nominate 2 other adults for the school year. This form must be submitted on or before Friday 23rd September, 2022. Photographic identification of the nominated person(s) is required and must also be uploaded with the form on submission.
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation and to assist in keeping our school community as safe as possible, we ask that ALL parents/guardians complete and submit the Nomination form below at your earliest possible convenience to ensure that arrangements are in place and all eventualities are covered should the situation arise during the year where your child may need to be collected from school.
