Coping with Covid
At this time it is important to stay physically and mentally well so that we can support ourselves, our families and friends. Consider the following tips to help you and your family through this difficult and different time.
  • Please consider the amount of time you are spending on social media. Too much time on social media will increase your worry and levels of anxiety.
  • Exercise regularly (within 2 km of your home),
  • Get fresh air
  • Keep regular sleep routines
  • Get up at the same time every day
  • Maintain a healthy, balanced diet
  • Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing,
  • Read a book
  • Stay in touch with friends
  • Listen to music
  • Try some of the mindfulness apps below
